Our gourmet cold buffet spreads have an extensive selection to ensure that there is something to suit everyone's taste. However, if there are delegates with special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan and allergies/intolerances, our caterer will prepare suitable alternatives providing that we have had at least 3 working days notice.
We always serve a different menu for delegates dining with us for several days. We pride ourselves in being flexible - please do ask if you would like additional items such as hot soup or a dessert. We can organise most things - including visits by ice-cream vans!
TYPICAL MENU FOR OUR COLD BUFFET
- Platter of cold meats or similar
- Quiches or other savoury pastry
- Selection of at least three salads including a green salad, a vegetable-based salad and a pasta/rice/couscous or potato based salad
- Basket of crusty bread or rolls, with butter
- Cheese board with a selection of English and Continental cheeses and chutney
- Cheese crackers
- Bowl of fresh fruit
- Coffee and a selection of teas
