We pride ourselves in providing quality cheffed BBQs for our clients. The chef(s) cooks the food on charcoal BBQs and guests can serve themselves to sauces, salads and crusty breads. At the request of the client we can open our Woodland Bar either on a cash or tab basis so delegates can enjoy a drink with their meal. Our BBQs are available for either lunch or supper. When served for lunch in place of the standard cold buffet there is a small additional surcharge.
An evening BBQ is perfect to add to a day programme - delegates can enjoy their meal with a drink, either sitting at picnic tables on the deck or around the fire circle. As the sun sets in the trees of the forest, there is no more perfect setting for a BBQ in the New Forest. In the event of inclement weather we have a large porch to our Carpenter's Barn to cook the BBQ and diners can sit either in the marquee or in the Carpenter's Barn. Please ask for details of charges for evening BBQS.
To suit the needs of a programme or activity session there is also the option of a self-cook BBQ. We provide all the ingredients and the delegates have their chance to show their culinary skills - it is always amazing to see how many closet BBQ chefs there are in a group!
