At the end of an outdoor team building programme we can include a grand finale.
This can vary from a head to head contest between teams testing their large scale constructions or it may be the first to the finish post, where the teams have to complete a series of team activities. The final activity can involve water - anything from the aqua-challenge to our wet sponge catapults. We can also run grand finale events entirely on the water - a change of clothes is strongly recommended! A drama work shop can be structured to work towards a final performance to the other teams or a drumming workshop can end with the entire group drumming together - a spectacle to both hear and see!
The right finish
Ending an event in just the right way can really round the day off. Whether it is a mad dash involving everyone, the two top teams in a head to head being cheered on by the rest of the group or a simple prize giving, choosing an appropriate ending is as important as the rest of the day.
We like groups to leave feeling buoyed up, connected and wanting more. Grand finales can crystalise the atmosphere that has been created during the day and give groups a final positive feeling to go home with.

What do visitors say
"Our team was absolutely determined to win - the series of challenges we had to complete were really fun but the icing on the cake was firing wet sponges at the other teams!"
